The Heart Behind
the Strategy

Most health content makes people feel overwhelmed or talked down to. That is not a content problem. It is a communication one. So I made it my work to change that.

With a background in Mass Communication and a UNICEF Public Health Reporting certification, I specialise in turning medical complexity into content that actually lands. Content people read, share, and remember because it speaks to them like a real human being would.

My flagship series Organs Have Something to Say lets the heart, kidneys, and liver narrate their own silent conditions in first person using WHO data. I also produce Food Court Therapy on TikTok through a seven-tool AI content pipeline. I do not just write content. I build ecosystems around it.

Food Court Therapy on TikTok

The goal was to bring health education to TikTok in a format that feels genuinely entertaining rather than clinical, and to build a real audience around it that keeps coming back.

The approach was a seven-tool AI content pipeline built from scratch using Claude, Gemini, Grok, Kling AI, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, and Adobe Podcast. Each episode goes from script to published video without a production team.

Proof that one person with a clear creative vision and the right tools can produce broadcast-quality health content consistently at scale.

My Philosophy

Health information should never feel like homework.

The problem with most health content is not that the information is wrong. It was never designed for real people. It was designed for journals, reports, and compliance checklists.

When I write about silent health conditions, the ones your body is quietly managing while you carry on, I write for the person who has been searching symptoms at 2am and still feels more lost than when they started.

That is the gap I fill. Clear, calm, deeply human health communication for organisations, brands, and professionals who believe their audience deserves better.
